Termination Of A Charter:
The Captain reserves the right to terminate any fishing charter due to unsafe boating conditions. If a fishing charter is terminated due to conditions outside of our control (such as adverse weather), there are options that we will discuss and consider. Your safety will always be our top priority. If we can't access Lake Superior, the Walleye and Sturgeon fishing in the estuary may be an option. If convenient for our clients' schedule, we can arrange for another charter on a different date. Weather canceled trips will not be charged the $200 deposit.
Disclaimer:
While we will work hard and do everything in our power to put you onto the fish, angling success is not something that we can guarantee.
